Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy – 90 Days We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all parts and accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we cover the cost of the return or replacement — you will not pay return shipping for our error.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, sale or clearance items, and — for hygiene reasons — replacement brush heads or pads once they have been used or removed from their sealed packaging. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

90-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 90 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all parts and accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at grytgrills@gmail.com.
