Shipping Policy
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email, and tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery time Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, customs, weather and peak periods can occasionally extend them.
Shipping costs Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Where a free-shipping threshold applies, it will be displayed in your cart.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders) Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or a package appears lost in transit, contact us at grytgrills@gmail.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
